Tenant Service Requests

To facilitate a quick response, tenants should be familiar with the following procedures for requesting services:

1.  Work orders may be requested via:

  • Completing the Maintenance (or) Cleaning Work Order Form,
  • Click icon on the left panel labeled 'Maintenance Work Order'
  • Click icon on the left panel labeled 'Cleaning Work Order'

Engineering will respond to your request as soon as possible.

2.  If the work order requires billing, the tenant will be required to sign the work order authorizing completion of the service.

3. The appropriate building personnel—or other contractor—will be dispatched to complete your request. Response time of the request will vary, but the request can usually be categorized in the following manner:

  • Emergency (water leak, fuse blown) - immediate response

  • Cleaning request - handled by the Janitorial Staff; response typically within 24-48 hours.
  • Special service (hanging pictures, etc.) - variable response time depending on the availability of the engineers or day porters. These calls are serviced in the order received.
